I didn't want to do a blog about what resolutions I was making for myself, mostly because then I would have to hold myself accountable for failing at them, which is no fun and not particularly great for the whole anxiety issue. However, as I have spectacularly given up on a few or just failed to launch with them, I figured an honest blog about doing just that was in order.
After all, who among us manage to really stick t our New Year resolutions anyway? All that 'New Year new me' stuff gets old after week two when you're trying to diet but you still have mince pies and Christmas biscuits to eat. So with that in mind, here's what I thought I could actually deal with in 2018 and exactly how it turns out that that was a lie I was telling myself.
