It's totally worth it though, as I have an appointment at my gym for the first of my inductions (the second is tomorrow), I have my first yoga class in years after work and when I stepped on the scales this morning, I found that I had hit my target for January so have now lost exactly six stone. This means I managed to lose not only the few extra pounds I needed to reach this point, but also the weight I put on over Christmas; meaning I've lost 10 pounds in total in January.
